How we work

• We buy every game from the official Microsoft Store.
• Each order goes on a new account, just for you.
• Login details are stored encrypted and deleted once you confirm you signed in.
• A real person helps you, through the order chat or Discord.

🛡️ Warranty

You have 3 days after the account is delivered (24 h for codes) to tell us if something doesn't work. Report it from My orders with "I have a problem" and we'll fix it or offer a solution.

↩ Refunds

• You can cancel your order for free from My orders as long as you haven't paid.
• Once paid, the order can't be cancelled or refunded.
• If a game can't be bought, you pick another one of equal or lower price, or we refund that game's proportional share.
• If the account fails within the warranty and we can't fix it, the refund is proportional to what couldn't be delivered.
