Everything you need to know before building your pack.
How does it work?
Pick at least 25 games (or the minimum amount) and place your order. When we take it we'll ask you to pay, then we buy all the games on a brand-new Xbox account and give you its login details.
Do the games go to my personal account?
No. They go to a brand-new Xbox account created for you. Add it to your console, make it your home Xbox and play with your own profile. Our guide walks you through it. How to use your account →
Is it safe?
We buy every game from the official Microsoft Store. You get the account details so you can set your own email, password and two-step verification, and then we delete the password from our systems.
How long does delivery take?
We take orders from 9:00 to 23:00 (Mexico time). Once paid, delivery usually takes a few hours; big orders up to 2 days. You'll see a countdown in My orders.
How do I pay?
By card, Google Pay or Apple Pay (Stripe), crypto (Cryptomus) or bank transfer with a receipt. You only pay once we take your order.
Can I play online?
The games work just as if you bought them. Online multiplayer on console needs an active Xbox subscription (Game Pass Core or Ultimate), like any game.
What if a game isn't available?
If a game stops being sold while we prepare your order, we'll let you know so you can pick another one of equal or lower price, or we refund its value.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: you have 3 days after delivery to tell us if something doesn't work with the account (24 h for codes). Report it from My orders with "I have a problem".
Why so cheap?
We buy the games in the Microsoft Store region with the best prices and pass the savings on to you. That's why packs have a minimum number of games.
Can I change my order?
Yes, until we take it: open the cart, change the games and save. Once taken it can't be edited. If you change your mind, you can cancel it for free from My orders as long as you haven't paid; once paid it can't be cancelled.
